Cancellations.
I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If a lesson is cancelled without 24 hours notice then the full fee is payable. If a lesson is cancelled or not attended for any reason inside of the 24 hours policy, the full lesson fee is also payable.
Safeguarding.
For a student under 18 years old, during an online lesson, an adult must always be either present or within ear shot of the room in which the lesson is taking place. Lessons should be held in a quiet room but this must not be a bedroom. The door to the room must remain completely open during the lesson if the adult is not in the room and within ear shot. Students are welcome to do a voice notes/audio recording of the lesson with prior agreement, confirmed by the parent via email. Under no circumstance is a student under 18 allowed to email me. All communication must be via the parent/guardian.
